Notes:

• All requests for visits to Dementia Singapore's premises (including our New Horizon day care centres) have to be made at least one (1) calendar month in advance.
• We seek your cooperation in writing to us before physically dropping by any of our day care centres without prior notice. This is to avoid disruptions to our clients' optimal care.
• In addition, we may not always be able to accede to visit requests due to logistical or operational constraints. During any approved visits, please be informed that due to the Personal Data Protection Act of 2012, no photography, videography, audio recording or any other form of data collection will be allowed except with prior authorisation and consent from Dementia Singapore and our clients.
• Reminder to students: We would like to recommend students from the same school to consolidate their request before writing to us individually.
