OUR GETAI OUTREACH EVENT AT EUNOS DROVE HOME THE LATEST INSIGHTS INTO LIVING WITH DEMENTIA
Animated banter, vibrant stage setups, and nostalgic tunes are the mainstay of getai performances. Fusing this popular entertainment with important messages about living with dementia is the main aim of Dementia Singapore’s ongoing outreach initiative, aptly titled Back to the Heartlands.
Bringing Dementia Awareness to the Community
The Back to the Heartlands initiative takes dementia education directly to neighborhoods across Singapore, meeting residents where they are. By incorporating important health messages into familiar entertainment formats like getai, we can reach a wider audience and make learning about dementia more engaging.
What Happened at Eunos
